By using LocalSpotz, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What is LocalSpotz?

LocalSpotz is a marketplace that connects travelers with locals who share knowledge, tips, and experiences. We are a platform — we facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the content or conduct of individual users.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• One person, one account — multiple accounts are not allowed

3. Locals (sellers)

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your tips and experiences
• LocalSpotz takes a 10% commission on transactions (Free, Starter, Pro plans); Featured plan (€49/mo) has 0% commission
• Payouts are processed via Stripe within 3 business days of a request
• You may not offer illegal services or misleading content

4. Travelers (buyers)

• Passive tips are digital products — no physical delivery
• Bookings can be cancelled according to the cancellation policy shown at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Prohibited behaviour

• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Fraudulent listings or fake reviews
• Attempting to move transactions off the platform
• Sharing personal contact details to bypass our system
